Buddha has not answered the question of reincarnation?????

Throughout his teachings, he urged people to follow & practice dhamma,only to come out this cycle of birth & death.Nothing more or less. He discouraged people to accept anything less than enlightment. What is enlightment? No birth further!!!!!"
