Meditation
Meditation is not concerned with any activity but it is concerned with our alertness while doing any action.
Meditation means to add awareness and alertness in our actions. It is the art of staying in this present moment without any emotional attachments to arising and dying of the thoughts. Meditation means to be fully aware of our actions, thoughts, feelings and emotions.
Mind is disturbed, then
If ur mind is disturbed with thoughts on which u have no control, then listen to some good music or think about something which makes u happy. Better talk to someone for a couple of minutes, so that ur thoughts changes and u feel lighten up.
Sleeply
Sleeply but not able to sleep. what is worse? Not able to sleep or don't want to sleep.
Why don't we sleep like babies? They just eat and sleep. Again wakeup, eat and sleep. The way they sleep makes me jealous of them.
Solution:If u don't think about anything and just lay down as a dead body, u will get sleep quickly.
